- Promotion Period
This offer is available from Wednesday, 12 November 2025 until 11:59 PM AEDT on 30 March 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier by eePhone. - Eligibility
- The promotion is open to new eePhone customers who activate a mobile service on any eePhone plan during the Promotion Period.
- The offer is limited to the first customers who sign up during the promotional period, as determined by eePhone in its sole discretion.
- One discount per service on customer account.
- Offer Details
- Eligible customers will receive a $5 credit applied to their eePhone account each month for 12 consecutive months from the date of activation.
- The credit will appear on each monthly bill as a separate line item.
- The credit is applied per active service and is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
- Plan Requirements
- The $5 monthly credit applies to any eePhone mobile plan activated during the Promotion Period.
- If a customer changes or cancels their plan, the monthly credit may cease.
- Billing and Credits
- Credits will commence from the first full billing cycle after activation.
- If the service is cancelled or suspended, any remaining promotional credits will be forfeited.
