(Equipment Payment Plan Offers)"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"3089\" class=\"elementor elementor-3089\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1720fafc e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1720fafc\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ce82e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ce82e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><a name=\"_TOC_250031\"><\/a>1\u00a0 ABOUT THIS SECTION<\/h2><ul><li>This is Section 2 of the <em>pricing table <\/em>for the C<em>asphone Mobile<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p>Postpaid Mobile <em>service<\/em>.<\/p><ul><li>This section contains the <em>pricing plans <\/em>that <em>we <\/em>currently offer to new customers for activations after the 1st day of Juy 2024<em>.<\/em><\/li><li>If <em>you <\/em>cannot find the name of <em>your pricing plan <\/em>in this section, <em>you <\/em>should refer to the <em>pricing table <\/em>as they contains <em>pricing plans <\/em>that <em>we <\/em>do not currently offer to new customers. <em>You <\/em>can also call <em>us <\/em>for more information.<\/li><li><em>You <\/em>may also need to refer to the following:<ul><li>Document D of this <em>pricing table <\/em>for general information on the calculation of charges for use of the <em>service <\/em>and other call charges not covered by <em>your pricing plan<\/em>,<\/li><li>Appendix O for a list of countries and the per minute call rate for international calls originating from Australia, and<\/li><li>The <em>Value Added Service Features <\/em>Appendix P for the description and charges the range of <em>value added service features <\/em>available with the <em>service<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The meaning of the words printed <em>in italics like this <\/em>is explained in the <em>dictionary<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul><h2>eephone 25 EQUIPMENT PAYMENT PLANS<\/h2><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h2><a name=\"_TOC_250006\"><\/a>1.1 Eligibility<\/h2><ul><li>The eephone 25 Equipment Plans are available from 1st of July 2024 to approved new and existing customers connecting to the <em>service <\/em>on the following terms:<\/li><\/ul><p>If <em>you <\/em>are an existing customer and <em>your <\/em>current agreement for the service is a:<\/p><ul><li><em>non-fixed length agreement<\/em>;<\/li><li><em>a 12 month fixed length agreement in the final month of the minimum term remaining, <\/em>or<\/li><li><em>a 24 month fixed-length agreement with less than 3 months of the minimum term remaining.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><em>you <\/em>may only transfer to the eephone 25 Equipment Payment Plans with <em>our <\/em>prior approval.<\/p><p>When considering whether to approve <em>your <\/em>application to transfer from an existing agreement we will take into account <em>your <\/em>credit history on your existing agreement and undertake <em>our <\/em>standard credit checks for the eephone 25 Equipment Payment Plans.<\/p><h2><a name=\"_TOC_250005\"><\/a>1.2 Minimum term<\/h2><p><em>You <\/em>must agree to a <em>fixed length agreement <\/em>with a 24 month <em>minimum term<\/em>.<\/p><h2>1.3 What <em>you <\/em>have to pay <em>us<\/em><\/h2><ul><li>Subject to the following paragraphs <em>you <\/em>must pay <em>us <\/em>for use of the <em>service <\/em>at the rates set out in Section 1 of this <em>pricing table <\/em>and for <em>value added service features <\/em>at the rates set out in Appendix A &#8211; Value Added Service Features<em>.<\/em><\/li><li>Tables 1, 2 and 3 below set out the charges that apply and the included value per month for the:<ul><li>eephone 25 Equipment Payment Plan<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Each month <em>you <\/em>must pay:<ul><li>a <em>minimum monthly charge <\/em>(which includes a value of included calls). <em>You <\/em>must pay this <em>minimum monthly charge <\/em>even if <em>you <\/em>do not make calls from the relevant <em>services <\/em>to reach the total value of included value for each <em>service<\/em>;<\/li><li>charges for all non-eligible calls and other services <em>you <\/em>use based on the standard charges for each relevant service as set out in the <em>pricing tables <\/em>for each relevant service;<\/li><li>any <em>equipment charges <\/em>payable for equipment <em>you\u00a0<\/em>have purchased from <em style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">us<\/em><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); Data usage within the 1GB excess data block is for uploads and downloads and is deducted from the 1GB allowance in units of 1KB (1024KB = 1MB).<\/li><li>1GB excess data blocks will be made available once:<ul><li>Your Plan\u2019s included data allowance has been exhausted;<\/li><li>Your 1GB excess data block (and subsequent 1GB excess data blocks) has been exhausted.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Each 1GB excess data block will provide its own usage alerts at 50%, 85% and 100% usage thresholds.<\/li><li>There may be a delay between the expiry of the included allowance (and\/or excess data blocks) and the availability of your 1GB excess data block.<\/li><\/ul><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>1.6 What happens if the <em>service <\/em>is <em>cancelled <\/em>early \u2013 24 month plans<\/h2><ul><li>If the <em>service <\/em>is <em>cancelled <\/em>before the expiry of the<\/li><\/ul><p><em>minimum term you <\/em>will be required to pay <em>us<\/em>:<\/p><ul><li>any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the <em>cancellation date; text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 2rem;\">2.1 Eligibility<\/span><\/p><ul><li>The eephone 30 Equipment Repayment Plans are available from 1st of July 2024 to approved new and existing customers connecting to the <em>service <\/em>on the following terms:<\/li><\/ul><p>If <em>you <\/em>are an existing customer and <em>your <\/em>current agreement for the service is a:<\/p><ul><li><em>non-fixed length agreement<\/em>;<\/li><li><em>a 12 month fixed length agreement in the final month of the minimum term remaining, <\/em>or<\/li><li><em>a 24 month fixed-length agreement with less than 3 months of the minimum term remaining.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><em>you <\/em>may only transfer to the eephone 30 Equipment Plans with <em>our <\/em>prior approval.<\/p><p>When considering whether to approve <em>your <\/em>application to transfer from an existing agreement we will take into account <em>your <\/em>credit history on your existing agreement and undertake <em>our <\/em>standard credit checks for the HRO 30 Mobile Handset Plans.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>2.2 Minimum term<\/h2><p><em>You <\/em>must agree to a <em>fixed length agreement <\/em>with a 24 month <em>minimum term<\/em>.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>2.3 What <em>you <\/em>have to pay <em>us<\/em><\/h2><ul><li>Subject to the following paragraphs <em>you <\/em>must pay <em>us <\/em>for use of the <em>service <\/em>at the rates set out in Section 1 of this <em>pricing table <\/em>and for <em>value added service features <\/em>at the rates set out in Appendix P &#8211; customer and <em>your <\/em>current agreement for the service is a:<\/p><ul><li><em>non-fixed length agreement<\/em>;<\/li><li><em>a 12 month fixed length agreement in the final month of the minimum paragraphs <em>you <\/em>must pay <em>us <\/em>for use of the <em>service <\/em>at the rates set out in Section 1 of this <em>pricing table <\/em>and for <em>value added service features <\/em>at the rates set out in Appendix P &#8211; Value Added Service Features<em>.<\/em><\/li><li>Tables 1, 2 and 3 below set out the charges that apply and the included value per month for the:<ul><li>eephone 45 Equipment Repayment Plan<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Each month <em>you <\/em>must pay:<ul><li>a <em>minimum monthly charge <\/em>(which includes a value of included calls). <em>You <\/em>must pay this <em>minimum monthly charge <\/em>even if <em>you <\/em>do not make calls from the relevant <em>services <\/em>to reach the total value of included value for each <em>service<\/em>;<\/li><li>charges for all non-eligible calls and other services <em>you <\/em>use based on the standard charges for each relevant service as set out in the <em>pricing tables <\/em>for each relevant service;<\/li><li>any <em>equipment charges <\/em>payable for equipment <em>you\u00a0<\/em>have purchased from <em style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">us<\/em><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>charges for all eligible <em>calls <\/em>made over the amount of included value for the relevant <em>service <\/em>at the rates set out below or where used in any month will be forfeited at the end of each month, and is not refundable or transferable including at account <\/em>current agreement for the service is a:<\/p><ul><li><em>non-fixed length agreement<\/em>;<\/li><li><em>a 12 month fixed length agreement in the final month of the minimum term remaining,
