class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 eephone Plan 1<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1\u00a0 Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The eephone Plan 1 M2M plans are available from 1st of July 2024 to approved new and existing customers connecting to the <em>service <\/em>on the following terms:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>If <em>you <\/em>are an existing customer and <em>your <\/em>current agreement for the service is a:<br \/><em>non-fixed length agreement<\/em>;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>a 12 month fixed length agreement in the final month of the minimum term remaining, <\/em>or<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>a 24 month fixed-length agreement with less than 3 months of the minimum term remaining.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><em>You <\/em>may only transfer to the eephone Plan 1 plan with our prior approval.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>When considering whether to approve <em>your <\/em>application to transfer from an existing agreement we will take into account <em>your <\/em>credit history on <em>your <\/em>existing agreement and undertake <em>our <\/em>standard credit checks for the eephone Plan 1 plan you wish to connect to.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>2.2 Minimum <\/a>term<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The eephone Plan 1 Plan are non-fixed length agreements which are automatically renewed on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h3>2.3 What <em>you <\/em>have to pay <em>us<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Subject to the following paragraphs <em>you <\/em>must pay <em>us <\/em>for use of the <em>service <\/em>at the rates set out in Section 1 of this <em>pricing table <\/em>and for <em>value added service features <\/em>at the rates set out in Appendix P &#8211; Value Added Service Features<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tables 1, 2 and 3 below set out the charges that apply and the included value per month for the<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eephone Plan 1;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each month <em>you <\/em>must pay:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <em>minimum monthly payment <\/em>(which includes a value of data). <em>You <\/em>must pay this <em>minimum monthly payment <\/em>even if <em>you <\/em>do not use data from the relevant <em>services <\/em>to reach the total value of included value for each <em>service<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>charges for all non-eligible calls and other services <em>you <\/em>use based on the standard charges for each relevant service as set out in the <em>pricing tables <\/em>for each relevant service;<\/li>\n<li>Any <em>equipment charges <\/em>payable for equipment supplied to <em>you <\/em>from <em>us<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>charges for all eligible calls made over the amount of included value for the relevant service at the rates set out below or where not set out below, in accordance with the pricing tables for the relevant <em>service<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Any monthly included value that <em>you <\/em>may be entitled to and have not used in any month will be forfeited at the end of each month, and is not refundable or transferable including at account closure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li call\u2019 which counts towards the plan and <em style=\"font-size: 16px;\">minimum monthly charge <\/em><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">of <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 16px;\">your<\/em><span Data usage within the 1GB excess data block is for uploads and downloads and is deducted from the 1GB allowance in units of 1KB (1024KB = 1MB).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>1GB excess data blocks will be made available once:\n<ul>\n<li>Your Plan\u2019s included data allowance has been exhausted,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Your 1GB excess data block (and subsequent 1GB excess data blocks) has been exhausted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Each 1GB excess data block will provide its own usage alerts at 50%, 85% and 100% usage thresholds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>There may be a delay between the expiry of the included allowance (and\/or excess data blocks) and the availability of your 1GB excess data block.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2.6 What happens if the <em>service <\/em>is <em>cancelled <\/em>early \u2013 Month to Month plans<\/strong><!-- wp:list --><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a month to month <em>service <\/em>is <em>cancelled you <\/em>will be required to pay <em>us:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the final month\u2019s access fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the <em>cancellation date; Value Added Service Features<em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Tables 1, 2 and 3 below set out the charges that apply and the included value per month for the eephone Plan 2;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each month <em>you <\/em>must pay:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <em>minimum monthly payment <\/em>(which includes a value of data).<\/li>\n<li><em>You <\/em>must pay this <em>minimum monthly payment <\/em>even if <em>you <\/em>do not use data from the relevant <em>services <\/em>to reach the total value of included value for each <em>service<\/em>;
