If <em>you <\/em>do not know the name of <em>your pricing plan <\/em>it is indicated on <em>your <\/em>mobile bill.<\/p>\n<h2>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<h2>3 eephone PRICING TABLE<\/h2>\n<h3>3.1 Minimum monthly payment<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Some <em>pricing plans <\/em>have a <em>minimum monthly payment<\/em>. This is the minimum amount that <em>you <\/em>will be charged each month \u2013 note <em>you <\/em>will be charged this even if <em>you <\/em>do not make any <em>calls<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.2 Monthly included value<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Some <em>pricing plans <\/em>have a monthly included This might be the same, less, or of greater value than <em>your minimum monthly payment<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><em>You <\/em>can use the monthly included value to make certain types of calls, texts and other charges. If <em>you <\/em>do not use all of <em>your <\/em>monthly included value, <em>you <\/em>will only be charged the <em>minimum monthly spend<\/em>. If <em>you <\/em>use more, <em>you <\/em>will be charged for the usage outside of <em>your <\/em>monthly included value, in addition to <em>your minimum monthly payment.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Some call types and charges are excluded from <em>your <\/em>monthly included value. This means <em>you <\/em>will be charged for these calls in addition to <em>your minimum monthly payment <\/em>even if <em>you <\/em>have not used all of <em>your <\/em>monthly included value. The <em>pricing table <\/em>for <em>your <\/em>plan and the \u2018general charges\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>table will indicate which calls are included in <em>your <\/em>monthly included value, and <em>you <\/em>will be charged for any usage which has not been specified as included.<\/p>\n<h3>3.3 Expiry of included value<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>You <\/em>cannot transfer any unused included value beyond the month in which they accrue.<\/li>\n<li>The value of included value cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or credit on another account.<\/li>\n<li>If <em>your service <\/em>is <em>cancelled <\/em>for any reason any unused included value will be forfeited, unless otherwise specified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What <em>calls <\/em>are covered by the included call component of the <em>current pricing <\/em>plan?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following <em>call <\/em>types are included in the included value component of all current <em>pricing plans<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eephone to eephone Calls<\/li>\n<li>Standard National Calls<\/li>\n<li>eephone to eephone SMS<\/li>\n<li>Standard National SMS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>See clause 4.4 below for definitions of the above call types.<\/p>\n<h3>3.4 What <em>calls <\/em>are not included in the included value component of current pricing plans?<\/h3>\n<p>The following <em>call <\/em>types are examples of services not included in the included value component of <em>current pricing plan<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calls to special numbers (including calls to satellite services) as defined in 4.4 below<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Video Calls<\/li>\n<li>Premium SMS<\/li>\n<li>SMS to special numbers<\/li>\n<li><em>GPRS <\/em>&amp; <em>3G <\/em>data charges<\/li>\n<li><em>eephone <\/em>and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Party Data Content purchases<\/li>\n<li>International Calls (excluding satellite services)<\/li>\n<li>International SMS<\/li>\n<li>National and International MMS<\/li>\n<li>Video MMS<\/li>\n<li>Any other charges not specified in section 4 above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<h2>4 HOW DO <em>WE <\/em>CALCULATE CALL CHARGES?<\/h2>\n<h3>4.1 How do <em>we <\/em>calculate the cost of a call?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>We <\/em>measure the length of each call from the time the call is answered to the time the call is finished.<\/li>\n<li>The length is then rounded up according to the billing interval indicated in the <em>pricing table <\/em>for <em>your pricing plan<\/em>. For example, if <em>your <\/em>billing interval is 60 seconds, <em>we <\/em>will round the <em>call <\/em>length up to the next whole 60 This length is then multiplied by the <em>call <\/em>charge associated with that <em>call <\/em>type, as indicated in the <em>pricing tables<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Some <em>calls <\/em>incur a <em>flagfall <\/em>when the <em>call <\/em>is <em>Flagfall <\/em>rates are indicated in the <em>pricing tables<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>The total cost of (b) and (c) above is then rounded up to the nearest cent to determine the final charge for the <em>call<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4.2 How do we calculate the time of <em>your <\/em>call?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>To calculate the time of a call <em>we <\/em>will use the local time recorded at the first mobile base station through which <em>your <\/em>call initially This may not be the local time at the place the caller is located.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4.3 How do <em>we <\/em>calculate charges for data services?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>We <\/em>will charge <em>you <\/em>for the volume of data uploaded and downloaded to <em>your mobile phone<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Charges are based upon 1 kilobyte increments and are rounded to the nearest 1 kilobyte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Charges for part of a 1 kilobyte increment will be rounded up to the next 1 kilobyte increment.<\/li>\n<li>The number of kilobytes used is then multiplied by the appropriate charge set out in the <em>pricing tables<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>If <em>you <\/em>have a data subscription plan, <em>you <\/em>will be charged each month according to the subscription monthly If <em>you <\/em>use more data than the<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>amount included in the subscription, <em>you <\/em>will be charged for additional data usage as per the charges set out in the <em>pricing tables<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>4.4 Types of calls \/ texts<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>eephone to eephone Calls <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 voice calls within Australia to other active mobiles activated and connected to the <em>eephone network<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Standard National calls <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 voice calls within Australia to Australian fixed- line numbers and other Australian mobiles<strong>, <\/strong>excluding calls to 180, 190,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>eephone Customer Service or other special numbers<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>eephone to eephone texts <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 SMS text messages sent to mobiles activated and connected to the <em>eephone network <\/em>within<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Standard National SMS<\/em><\/strong>\u2013 SMS text messages sent to other mobiles within Australia.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Special numbers <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 calls or texts to numbers not covered in the above definitions. <em>Special numbers <\/em>also includes calls to national or international GSM mobile services that then divert\/switch or re-route to an overseas number or premium rated number at no additional charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<h2>5 CALL CHARGES<\/h2>\n<h3>5.1 International Calls<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>We <\/em>will charge <em>you <\/em>for calls made to international destinations (including calls to Inmarsat and Iridium satellite services) at the international rates set out in the <em>pricing tables, appendices <\/em>or as advertised on <em>our <\/em>website from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>Calls to some international destinations may only be available to customers able to demonstrate a good payment history.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<h2>6 OTHER CHARGES<\/h2>\n<h3>6.1 Change of Number Fee<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>We <\/em>will charge <em>you <\/em>a Change of Number Fee if <em>you <\/em>ask <em>us <\/em>to change <em>your<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>existing telephone number.
