To discuss your situation please call us on <a href=\"http:\/\/tel:1300001240\">1300 <\/a>553 678&nbsp;(MON \u2013 FRI 9.00am \u2013 5.30pm ) and ask to speak with our Financial Services department.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How we can help :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>If you are the account holder:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mobile or fixed line plan change<\/li>\n<li>Cancel your service(s)<\/li>\n<li>Provide you with a new mobile or fixed line number<\/li>\n<li>SIM swap<\/li>\n<li>Reactivation of cancelled numbers ( if cancelled due to collections)<\/li>\n<li>Short term or long-term payment plans<\/li>\n<li>Provide some financial relief<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>If you are not the account holder:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Provide a new number on a new account<\/li>\n<li>Offer a private fixed line number on a new account<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Applying for hardship<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you are experiencing hardship due to domestic or family violence and require some assistance , our team can help you with a personalised payment plan. your circumstances):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Government issued identification Drivers licence, Passport or Identification Card<\/li>\n<li>A Statutory Declaration witnessed by an authorised person, that you are or have been the subject of domestic or family abuse or<br>Communication via a nominated advocate you have selected<\/li>\n<li>The device\/handset associated to the mobile number you have been using<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In some cases, we may require further documentation to support your request by supplying a copy of the AVO\/Police report or a letter from a Governing body who are assisting
